PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE YOU BOOK AS THESE RULES MAKE YOUR STAY A PLEASANT ONE FOR YOU AND OTHER GUESTS.

THE PROPERTY HAS CCTV CAMERAS FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SECURITY

Full Payment on arrival if the deposit wasn't received.
Additional meals not included in the daily rate , will be invoiced 24 hours before check out
Minimum 2 night stay over Weekends and Public Holidays
No guest who is on Bed and Breakfast basis is allowed to remove any food or drinks from our breakfast area after breakfast . Taking additional fruit and extra's after breakfast is not allowed , and is disrespectful to other guests who still have to have breakfast . Should you require a lunch pack or food to be packed this will be charged to your account and be invoiced after your stay.
Management and staff have the right to request a guest to move to other rooms if they extend their stay , due to other companies bookings and requesting all the rooms in one of the main houses .
No additional visitors other than the people dropping off or collecting guests to and from the house will be allowed under no circumstances, no exceptions will be made. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
If a guest have another guest that will sleep over that guest will have to pay the same rate as the applicable room rate that applies to that specific room. If it comes to our attention that a visitor has not been announced there is a R 1000.00 fine applicable for every day.
Any damage to property in any way, will be dealt with after such an inspection and the guest or company occupying the room will take full responsibility for such damage.
Strictly no children under the age of 12 years.
No Noise of any kind will be allowed or tolerated, such as loud music or loud talking or conversation. If neighbors can hear you then it is too loud.
No Parties or functions allowed on the property as this is a residential property.
No animals allowed.
No Smoking in any room or building on the property ( If we find that the non smoking policy wasn't applied the guests will be charged a fine of R1500.00 which is what an air freshener company would charge to get the smell out of the furniture and curtains. Please respect this.
Not more than 1 vehicles are allowed in the property per room as our parking facilities is limited to one per room. If parking space in the drive way is full, guests have to park on the right hand side, inside the main gate , first entrance to the right.
Management and staff reserve the right to ask a guest to leave the property without a refund if any of these rules are not obeyed by.

Once the rental agreement is signed a full months deposit amount is payable and Monthly rent payable in our Nedbank account by 28th of every month.
Key deposit of R 10 000.00 payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded within 3 days after your rental agreement expires.
Regular Inspections will be made at random to insure all is in order at the house.
The house is totally Green and eco friendly with a gas installation for Stove, Oven and Geysers. Should the gas run out for any reason please switch on the geyser in the garage and contact Elaine at 011 815 5777 to have the gas refilled. After the gas has been refilled please switch over to the gas supply and turn off the electrical geyser.
Please may we ask when you are on the property to obey by the rules as laid down by the Body Corporate which you will receive with your copy of the rental agreement or you will be asked to vacate the premises and your rental agreement will be cancelled with immediate effect.
