Maison de l'art Française is very upmarket, true French style 180 m2 Unit which was previously used as the owner Johan de Ville Swanepoel's Art studio. Decorated with all original paintings by Johan, as is all paintings through out the main house.

This Family unit have all the bells and whistles and features a main bedroom with an on-suite with Shower and Basin and a separate Toilet with a basin. The main Bedroom have a sliding door into a very private secluded garden. The 2nd Double Room does not have an on-suite but there is a guest bath room with a shower , basin , separate toilet and a urinal. This unit is ideal for two couples sharing. This unit is self catering with a large open plan Kitchen , Dining area and lounge opening up onto the main garden and pool are. The Patio is runs across the full front of the unit. This unit is for short stays only and Minimum of 3 day stays. The rate is R 3 800.00per day.

The Unit Has one TV in the lounge with full DSTV package. Blueray DVD Player . Gas Stove and Oven, Fridge , Gas Braai .

Furnished Rooms Consists of :

King Size Bed , Bath Room with Shower, Toilet and Basin.

King Size Bed, Dressing table

Guest Toilet consists of Shower , Toilet and Basin.

House rules include the following.

Due to great demand and the popularity of this unit , no confirmation for availability will be provided unless paid in full within 3 working days after booking.

Any damage to property in any way, i.e Linen, carpets or breakages will be dealt with on check out and the occupants will have to pay for such damages.

No Noise of any kind will be allowed such as loud music or loud talking or conversation. If neighbors can hear you then it is too loud.

Only people dropping off or collecting people will be allowed in.

No other visitors allowed other than the guests occupying the unit unless cleared with management but we prefer not to be put in a situation where a yes answer is expected.

No Parties or functions allowed on the property as this is a residential property.

No animals allowed.

No children under the age of 12 is allowed

No Smoking ( If we find that the non smoking policy wasn't applied the guests will be charged a fine of R1200.00 which is what an air freshener company would charge to get the smell out of the furniture and curtains. Please respect this.

Not more than 2 vehicles are allowed for this unit, as additional parking is not available inside the property

RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED. Breaking any of the house rules , you will be asked to vacate the unit and no refund will be offered.

RATES ON REQUEST 10% Bed Levy for 1 night stays

2 x double occupancy , Bed and Gourmet Breakfast on request / R 3200 per day minimum 3 days

Dinner can be arranged in advance.

We do have discounted rates for stays longer than 5 days.

Minimum 3 night stays over weekends and public holidays
